British design studio Studio Two took the bones of this 1862 neoclassical structure and transformed them into a theatrical dining journey, where every room is a different act, every detail a character on stage.

From Grand Entrance to Architectural Drama

As you enter, the soaring 26-foot ceilings and cascading natural light set the tone. Anchoring the room is a circular labradorite bar — striking, sculptural, and unmistakably the heart of the space. Its nautical form, reminiscent of a ship’s bow, sets a metaphorical course through the restaurant’s layered interiors.

A Dining Room That Performs

The main dining hall is a stage in itself. An open kitchen turns every dish into a performance, while thoughtful zoning, plush materials, and ambient lighting create intimacy at scale. Women’s Lounge: A Sanctuary Inspired by Fortuna

Even the women’s restroom is elevated to an experience. Inspired by the Roman goddess Fortuna, it features bespoke wallpaper showcasing feminine silhouettes across cultures, blush-pink tones, and saffron-hued lighting. More than a powder room — it’s a jewel box of grace and intention.
